1. Age & Professional Eligibility
By placing an order, you confirm you are 18+ years of age. As we provide medical-grade instruments, buyers in Pakistan are expected to be registered healthcare professionals or authorized retailers.
2. Handcrafted Quality
Our instruments are hand-finished in Sialkot. Minor variations in dimensions or finish are hallmarks of genuine craftsmanship, not defects.
3. Local Pricing & Payments
We accept PKR via Direct Bank Transfer (IBAN), EasyPaisa/JazzCash, and Cash on Delivery for specific stock items.
4. International Payments
We accept payments from our international customers via Bank Transfer (IBAN/SWIFT), Western Union, and MoneyGram. Payments can be made in USD, EUR, and GBP.
All international payments are received securely, and order confirmation is shared after the payment has been verified.
5. CUSTOM ORDERS & PACKAGING
Laser-engraved logos and bespoke packaging require a 70% advance payment. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once manufacturing begins.
6. Shipping Within Pakistan
We use TCS, Leopard, or M&P for nationwide delivery (3-5 business days for stock items). We are not responsible for delays caused by logistics strikes or weather.
7. Dispute Resolution
Legal disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Sialkot, Punjab.
